Terms and Conditions

How do I place an order?



Orders can be placed directly on the website and will be placed into the next available production slot at your time of order, alternatively if you would like to guarantee a production slot at a particular time please contact me to discuss availability in my diary and your order requirements.

During busy periods I may close my order books to ensure the same level of attention and detail can be given to all of my orders.

To ensure you have a guaranteed production slot in the diary for your chosen date it is highly recommended that you contact us in advanced to discuss our availability and to book a slot in the diary (£25 non refundable booking fee is required, which is deducted from your final balance). This is highly recommended for any on the day stationery to ensure it is created and with you before your wedding date.

All text relating to your order is required at the time of payment of you final balance which is due 7 working days before your production date commences.

​

It is advisable to order ‘spare’ invitations/stationery at the time of placing your order. Rella Event Stationery can not be held responsible if you wish to add additional items at a later date and stock materials do not match​.

Payment Options



Payment can be made directly via our website or your invoice by paypal or card. Bank Transfer details are available on your invoice or by request. 

​

We offer flexible payment plans for orders over £50, please contact us to discuss your requirements and payment plan options.

Non Refundable Booking Fees

To secure a guaranteed production slot in our diary a £25 non refundable booking fee is required, this will be deducted from your final balance, which is due before the commencement of your production slot. 

The contract between Rella Event Stationery and the client shall not become effective until the booking fee payment has been made. 

At the date of payment of the booking fee the contract takes effect and Rella Event Stationery shall reserve the date agreed upon. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Rella Event Stationery in order to offset its loss of business and admin time taken to draw up digital proofs, raise invoices and other such associated admin to your order.

In the case of Covid-19 should you need to postpone your wedding due to lockdown restrictions your booking fee will be transferred to a new suitable production slot. Should your wedding date fall during a date in a national lockdown period imposed by the UK government and your wedding can not go ahead, where no digital proofs or work has been carried out your booking fee will be refunded in full, where digital proofs have been created and sent to the client no booking fee will be refunded to offset the costs of Rella Event Stationery' time in the creation of your designs.

Lead Times 



Lead times are listed on each item page. During peak seasons the lead time may be extended and can not be guaranteed for orders which have not booked a guaranteed production slot.  If you require a quicker turnaround please contact me to discuss availability in my diary, please provide an idea of what it is you are looking to order and quantity.

All lead times are approximate and vary depending on current work load. 

 

Samples - whilst I try and turn samples around as quickly as possible, I may need to order in materials for your sample. The average lead time is 1 week. 

 

Lead times DO NOT include postage, please allow extra time for postage.

Postage



All item prices exclude shipping costs.

Postage costs vary depending on order value. Samples are sent via Royal Mail, all other orders are sent by tracked courier (service provider depends on physical size of order)

For orders within the local area of Alsager I can hand post these personally, please select this option when checking out.

Cancellations



In the event of the customer cancelling an order, due to the personalised nature of the products sold by Rella Event Stationery any monies already paid will be lost.

 

Cancellation orders are non transferable​.

Refunds and Exchanges



Due to all items being personalised unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All of our invitations and reception stationery are very carefully packaged. In the unlikely event that any items are damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Each resolution will differ dependant on timescales and damage incurred

Proofs



A proof of your wedding stationery will be emailed to you prior to your production slot. It is essential that you check the proof thoroughly to ensure all details are correct and that there are no spelling errors. 

 

Please ensure you check all spelling, dates and names carefully, this is the clients responsibility to spell check all artwork. After printing should any errors be identified the client will be charged for any additional reprinting costs.

 

Production will not commence on your invitations/stationery until the proof has been approved by completing the form which will be sent to you with your proof. Delays in providing your approval will delay the start of work on your order.

 

Any changes to any order requested after your approval are agreed at the discretion of Rella Event Stationery and will depend on production stage and time scale.

​

Colours of print, card stock and ribbon may vary slightly from screen to physical print.

​

As all items are personalised refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

​

All fonts, sizes and materials will be used as per the proof, I am unable to make any amendments or changes without a new sign off by the client. What is shown on the proof is what will be printed!

​

Proofs are intended as a visual representation to give you a visual idea of how your stationery will look, however all items are handmade and printed this means there will be slight differences from screen to print and from one invitation to another.......they are handmade afterall!

Additional Items

​

Adding items to your order after the balance and sign off of proofs is at the discretion of Rella Event Stationery and depends on the availability of materials and times, in peak seasons this is not always possible due to the printers being at capacity.

Other



Due to the nature of our handmade invitations and stationery, items appearance may vary slightly from each other, and any previous samples ordered. 

 

Prices are subject to change. However orders that have been paid in full will not be affected. 

 

The ribbon colours that are provided by Rella Event Stationery via website or pictures, may not be a true representation of the colours through your screen. If you wish to see exact colours,  please ask for us to send you samples of ribbon at a small charge. 

 

Rella Event Stationery holds the right to take and use pictures of all stationery created on social media for advertisement, unless asked by the customer otherwise.
