How it works:

Once your order has been placed, please provide your personalisation details, including your wedding timeline.

If ordering the double-sided option, please also provide your welcome sign wording or table plan details.

Table Plan Information: If you have selected a table plan on the reverse, please email your completed table plan to rellaeventstationery@outlook.com in an editable Excel spreadsheet or Word document.

Please ensure all guest names are spelt exactly as you would like them to appear on your finished sign.

We cannot accept screenshots, photographs of handwritten lists or PDF files. Your table plan must be supplied in an editable format so we can accurately transfer the information into your design.

You will be provided with a digital proof within 3-4 working days after placing your order and will be asked to sign off your proof using a digital form. Once your order is signed off it will then go into the print queue, please see the lead time section for the most up to date lead time.

All of our designs can be changed to match your colours and theme or we can create something completely bespoke for you, please just send us a message to discuss your requirements.

They also include all personalisation wording, layout changes and basic colour changes.

Orders containing multiple on-the-day stationery items: Approximately 3 weeks.

Please note that lead times begin once your digital proof has been approved and signed off, not from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are not included in the above lead times. Please allow additional time for postage and delivery.
