How it works:
Once your order has been placed, please provide your personalisation details, including your names, wedding date and any wording or colour preferences.
 
Please provide your wedding day schedule, including the events and timings you would like displayed on your sign, in the order they will take place.
 
The illustrated icons shown in the product photographs can be adapted to suit your chosen events, whether this includes your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance or evening celebrations.
 
If ordering the double-sided option, please also provide the relevant details for your chosen reverse design, whether this is a Welcome Sign or Table Plan.
 
For table plans, please email your completed guest list to rellaeventstationery@outlook.com in an editable Excel spreadsheet or Word document.
 
Please ensure all guest names are spelt exactly as you would like them to appear on your finished sign.
 
We cannot accept screenshots, photographs of handwritten lists or PDF files for table plans. Your table plan must be supplied in an editable format so we can accurately transfer the information into your design.
 
You will be provided with a digital proof within 3-4 working days after placing your order, once all required information has been received, and will be asked to sign off your proof using a digital form. Once your order is signed off it will then go into the print queue, please see the lead time section for the most up to date lead time.
 
All of our designs can be changed to match your colours and theme or we can create something completely bespoke for you, please just send us a message to discuss your requirements.
Personalisation includes wording, layout changes and basic colour changes.
